SEEDLINGS
At Celestina Landscaping, we meticulously begin our growing season indoors, starting all of our seeds in February and March to ensure they develop into robust seedlings. This careful indoor start allows us to control the environment, optimizing conditions for germination and early growth. We source our seeds from diverse regions, with a focus on unique varieties from various parts of Italy and select areas across the globe, bringing a touch of international flair to your garden.
By May, these well-nurtured seedlings are strong enough to transition outdoors, where they continue to flourish under the natural sunlight. This process not only enhances the health and vitality of the plants but also extends our growing season, providing you with a longer period of beauty and harvest.
Exciting developments are on the horizon at Celestina Landscaping: soon, we will be offering seeds, seedlings, and plants for sale. This expansion will allow garden enthusiasts to bring a piece of our expertly curated and cared-for collection into their own gardens, sharing the joy and satisfaction of growing beautiful, healthy plants from seed to bloom.

CARE
Once robust enough, these seedlings are transplanted into our gardens, where they continue to receive personalized care. We use organic mulches to maintain soil moisture and temperature, and employ sustainable practices to manage pests and diseases without the use of harmful chemicals. Our dedicated team monitors plant health continuously, ensuring that each plant receives the nutrients it needs through organic fertilizers and amendments.
Even after the last fruits or vegetables are harvested, our care doesn’t stop. We manage crop residues and prepare the soil for the next planting cycle, ensuring that our garden remains a fertile and productive environment year after year. This comprehensive approach to seed care reflects our commitment to sustainable agriculture and our dedication to providing the highest quality produce to our community.
